Property Market Breadth is a study the Hong Kong property market through tracking the number of estates with rising and declining per-square-feet price on a weekly basis. As the number of estates with rising price increase, the general property price of the Hong Kong market also rises. In contrast, if there are large number of estates with lowering prices on the market, proprety prices in general tends to decline in the near future.

香港樓市市寬是通過 通過對香港百大屋苑的呎價升跌數目的統計，來衡量整體樓市的狀態。當越來越多屋苑的呎價上升，市場寬度指數便越高，樓價的整體表現便向好。反之，當大量屋苑的呎價越來越低， 樓價下跌的勢頭便非常明顯。
